| 62 | In order to provide ballistic certifications for its proposed solutions, the offeror is required to conduct ballistic testing in accordance with the front and rear door performance specifications, which refer to the Classified Appendices of the following requirements documents (MPB & CPD 1.1). In order to generate an Unclassified ballistic certification(s) with the proposal, the offeror requires authorization to conduct a secure transfer of the Classified Appendices to a 3rd party test facility. This will allow the test facility to certify the test results in accordance with those documents. | What authorization does the offeror need to transfer the sensitive requirements in MPB & CPD 1.1 to the test facility and to provide the test results to the Government? | Submit your request to the Contracts Point of Contact and they will coordinate with security to get the requested data. Ensure the test facility holds a clearance equivalent to the data being requested. |
