Contract Ordering Periods
• Base Ordering Period: April 1, 2019- September 30, 2023 Five Years from date of award.
• Optional Ordering Period: October 1, 2023- March 31, 2027 Three year Ordering Period.
• 52.217-8 Extension of Services: April 1, 2027- September 30, 2027
NTE 6 months IAW FAR 52.217-8
• Maximum 8 year and 6 month ordering period if all options are exercised
• Task Orders may be issued with any combination of the CLINs/SLINs awarded
• It is the intention of the Government to issue one Task Order inclusive of all FFP CLINs for Program Management and Support Services for a given Period of Performance
• The minimum guarantee will be met by the issuance of one or multiple task orders which exceeds $150,000.

SATISFACTORY
Proposal meets requirements and indicates an adequate approach and understanding of the requirements, and risk of unsuccessful performance is no worse than moderate.
MARGINAL
Proposal has not demonstrated an adequate approach and understanding of the requirements, and/or risk of unsuccessful performance is high.
UNSATISFACTORY
