In an effort to assist the Government's Past Performance Evaluation Team in assessing your past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following client authorization letter be completed by any commercial customers identified in your proposal. The completed client authorization letters should be submitted as part of your Past Performance Volume.
Offerors should send with their list of references a letter similar to the following authorizing the reference to provide past performance information to the Government.
