About this file

This is a corporate experience template that outlines the required format and information for offerors to demonstrate their past performance and qualifications in response to the Architect of the Capitol's IDIQ solicitation for elevator, escalator, and accessible lifts maintenance, repair, inspection, and modernization services.

Offerors must provide detailed information for up to five relevant past performance contracts, with each contract submission including: the contract name and number; customer name, address, and point of contact details (telephone, email, and title); contract value for base and all options; contract type (Firm-Fixed Price, Time & Materials, or Cost Reimbursement); period of performance including base and option periods; a description of work performed; an explanation of how the work was similar to and/or different from the current requirement, including scale and complexity; identification of whether work was performed for a government or private entity; and a description of any significant problems or issues encountered during performance and how they were resolved. This template standardizes the corporate experience submissions to enable consistent evaluation of offerors' qualifications and relevant experience for this five-year IDIQ contract opportunity.
