About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables table for Senate Food and Related Services operations. The contractor is required to provide comprehensive documentation across three primary categories: Quality Control, Financial, and Operations.
Quality Control deliverables include a Quality Control Plan and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) with weekly sampling and monthly review meetings to monitor food service quality at each unit. The contractor must submit responses to Office of Attending Physician (OAP) inspection findings within 10 business days, and provide an Environmental Standard Plan and Standard Operating Plan addressing chemical storage, HACCP compliance, and deep cleaning procedures, all due as initial plans with proposals and finalized 60 days from kickoff. Financial deliverables require daily sales reports by 10:00 a.m., monthly commission payments with supporting documentation by the 22nd of each month, monthly Profit & Loss statements by the 15th, and annual statements of gross receipts by January 30th. Operations deliverables encompass a detailed Menu and Product Mix file in AOC-provided format (initially due with proposal, then annually for CPI adjustments), Transition Plans for both Phase-In and Phase-Out, Quarterly Business Reviews, a comprehensive Staffing Plan, Signage and Marketing Plan, DC Notice of Hire forms within 15 business days of each new hire, monthly payroll reports (if applicable) by the 15th, monthly Equipment Status meetings on the first Wednesday, Contractor-Owned Inventory tracking, and proposed Food Service Area Modifications. Most operational plans require initial submission with the proposal, draft versions 45 days after kickoff, and final versions 60 days from kickoff.
