The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest is seeking proposals for operation and maintenance of government-owned hazardous and oily waste treatment facilities, hazardous materials and waste management including spill response, and environmental compliance projects on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity basis. Services will be for Navy and Marine Corps installations in the Southwest region for a one-year base period and seven one-year options. The site visit scheduled for August 18th will tour relevant facilities at Naval Base Coronado, with registration required by August 16th. The request for information period ends August 31st, and full and open competition is planned among responsible offerors.

Laboratory/Field Test Turnaround Time (TAT) results delivered in less than specified working days. The price is a percentage increase to the specified Laboratory/Field Test

ELIN price when the Government directs delivery of test results in less than the number of working days required by the test ELIN description (i.e. 10% per day increase for analytical test prices). For example:

- Same day delivery of test results = +100% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in one working day = +90% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in two working days = +80% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in three working days = +70% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in four working days = +60% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in five working days = +50% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in six working days = +40% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in seven working days = +30% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in eight working days = +20% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in nine working days = +10% of ELIN test.

- Delivery of test results in greater than nine working days = +0% of ELIN test.
