About this file

This document package includes an energy and water evaluation report template and a federal contract solicitation notice.

The energy and water evaluation report template provides instructions and fields for contractors to record energy conservation measures and efficiencies identified during energy audits of federal facilities. Contractors will input data on existing equipment and energy usage as well as estimated impacts and costs of proposed energy conservation measures. The template includes pick lists to standardize input values.

The federal contract solicitation notice seeks proposals for facility management and investment services at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz in Guam, including facilities at multiple locations on Guam and nearby islands. The contractor will provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment to perform facility management and investment activities. Proposals are due by the date specified in the request for proposal. The contracting agency is the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

Instructions

Purpose:
This workbook should be used to record energy conservation measures or efficiencies resulting from energy audits.
The workbook contains three worksheets:
1. Instructions - Sample data
2. Pick Lists - Pick list values for Site ID, Service Provider Reference Code, Audit Category, Audit Level, M&V Option, commissioning, and Installation fields
3. Original Data - Template for recording energy and water evaluation results
Instructions:
1. Beginning in Row 2 of the Original Data worksheet (third tab) enter Energy Conservation Measurement data received from energy audits.

•Each Energy Conservation Measure should be listed separately and by facility.

•Pick lists values for Site ID, Installation Name, Service Provider Reference Code, Audit Category, Audit Level, Commissioining, and M&V Option may be found in the Pick Lists worksheet (second tab).

•Values for certain fields (Work Type, Sub Work Type, Business Line, PS Deliverable, NAVFAC Work Category, and Classification) are predefined. Refer to the Sample Template below for predefined values.

•For fields with no value (e.g. 0) fields should be left blank.

•Units of Measure are defined for some fields and should not be changed. Refer to the Sample Template below for predefined units of measure.

• Do not insert hard breaks (alt+enter) in cells. Word wrap is acceptable but hard breaks will interfere with data conversion in subsequent steps.

3. Save Excel file to computer.
