About this file

This submittal document outlines the key personnel designation requirements for IFB 7800 MAS1007REBID, a City of Austin procurement for OEM Parts & Repairs for Chevrolet Light and Medium Duty Vehicles in Texas. The document establishes that the City and Contractor are committed to maintaining consistent key personnel throughout the contract term. Should replacement of any key personnel become necessary, the Contractor must provide a replacement individual with equivalent experience and competence, obtain City approval for such replacement, and provide prompt notification to the City. The City has designated three key personnel: John Villanueva as Fleet Mobility Services Contract Manager (512-978-1543, John.Villanueva@austintexas.gov), Tina Gamez as Aviation Contract Manager (512-530-6717, Tina.Gamez@flyaustin.com), and Maggie Stenz as City Contract Administrator and Procurement Specialist (512-974-3020, Margaret.Stenz@austintexas.gov).

The document does not specify a Contractor key personnel representative by name in the provided submittal section, requiring the bidding Contractor to designate their Contract Manager and other key personnel as part of their proposal response. The approval process for personnel replacements is designed to be reasonable and non-restrictive, ensuring that the City maintains qualified points of contact while allowing the Contractor operational flexibility in staffing decisions.
