About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) attachment document for the City of Austin, Texas, regarding compressor and vacuum maintenance and repair services for Austin Facilities Management and Austin Convention Center. The contract seeks qualified vendors to provide on-site preventative maintenance and repair services for air compressors and vacuum systems, with the potential to expand services to additional City of Austin locations as needed. The solicitation establishes clear expectations for service delivery, response requirements, and vendor qualifications necessary to support the City's operational equipment needs.
The document outlines the technical and operational requirements vendors must meet to perform the required maintenance and repair work. Specific pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent contractor information, and funding sources would be detailed within the complete IFB package. Vendors are expected to demonstrate capability in both preventative maintenance and emergency repair services to ensure continuous operation of critical facilities infrastructure across multiple City locations.
