About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire for evaluation of an offeror for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) contract. The questionnaire requests information on the offeror's performance on a prior contract including whether contract requirements and timeliness standards were met, the attitude and skills of contractor staff, customer satisfaction, and responsiveness to problems. It asks if the contractor would be used again in the future and provides space for additional comments.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for the TRICARE Overseas Program 2021 contract. It is a full and open competitive solicitation using best value tradeoff to provide a range of health care support services for overseas beneficiaries. Services include developing provider networks, referral management, eligibility verification, medical evacuations, records translation, customer service, claims processing, and beneficiary/provider education. The period of performance is one year for transition plus seven one-year options and a potential six-month extension. Proposals are due October 31, 2019. The Defense Health Agency is the contracting agency.
