RFP - HSCG44-12-R-P13005 Amendment A00001 Labor Catergories ( Revised )
Text of this file
LABOR CATEGORIES –The following Government labor categories (GLC) are provided as a basis for Vendors’ understanding of the personnel qualifications and skill sets anticipated as necessary for successful performance under the U. S. Coast Guard
NDGPS maintenance and support effort and related programs contract. As such, the below listing of qualifications is not mandatory but represents the Government’s best information regarding personnel qualifications and skill sets necessary for successful performance. For convenience, The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) in the pricing worksheets, Attachment II-A, correspond to the titles of the below labor categories. The pricing worksheet also contains estimated levels of effort for these labor categories based upon historical information from the preceding IDIQ Contract. Task Orders under this
IDIQ contract will be issued on a firm fixed price (FFP) or a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Vendors are free to propose their own labor categories, personnel qualifications and skill sets, as well as their own levels of effort. Alternative labor categories must be defined in sufficient detail and supported by resumes containing detailed descriptions of employee qualifications in order for the Technical Evaluation Team and Source Selection
Authority to evaluate these aspects of the proposal against relevant evaluation criteria.
Pricing based on alternative labor categories and levels of effort should retain, as closely as possible, the format provided in the pricing worksheets.
