Proposals must provide substantial improvements over current capabilities in areas such as size, weight, power consumption, cost, compatibility, and background mitigation.
The amendment provides a corrected submission URL of https://www.dtrasubmission.net and extends the Phase I proposal deadline to August 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm Eastern time. This reopening period is only for proposals not previously submitted due to technical issues with the previous submission link.
