About this file
This is a solicitation for body armor products and related equipment to be delivered to various countries in Africa. The United States Special Operations Command is seeking plate carriers, plates, helmets, and covers in specified quantities, all meeting certain ballistic protection standards. Offerors must provide pricing and documentation showing their items meet requirements. The low-price technically acceptable source selection procedure will be used, evaluating price and technical acceptability factors. Technical submissions must address past performance, qualifications, technical approach, and delivery schedule logistics. The delivery schedule ranges from 90 to 280 days depending on the contract line item.
