2. Questions raised (with answers) are as follows:

A. On page 11of 23, under Factor 4b., if the minimum sq.ft. requires listing project examples of at least 25,000 SF, can we amend the kitchen sq.ft. size from 10,000 sq.ft. to a minimum of 3,000 sq.ft.?

ANSWER:

You can amend the kitchen sq.ft. size in your proposal, but be sure to detail the size to which you amended in your proposal.

B. On page 13 of 23, Factor 5d., Safety Professional, the requirement calls for the professional to obtain a CSP or CIH. Can we add “or equivalent credentials” in lieu of

CSP/CIH?

ANSWER:

You can add “equivalent credentials” in lieu of CSP/CIH, but be sure to delineate what credentials you are specifying in your proposal.

C. Please confirm that the (3) key individuals listed on the bottom page of 12 of 23 are individuals that will need to demonstrate Factors 4a and 4b past project experience.

ANSWER:

Confirmed. The three (3) key individuals listed on the bottom page of 12 of 23 are individuals that will need to demonstrate Factors 4a and 4b past project experience.

D. Regarding the key personnel’s two individual relevant projects as defined under

Factor 5, can you please confirm you are seeking project information and details including current owner contact information about these projects, but we are not to necessarily include in our narrative in these specific locations, an explanation of schedule, safety, cost, quality, lower-tier subcontractor information, and small business contracting submitted as these will be discussed with the owner’s representative?

ANSWER:

There is no preference on how an offeror wants to present a project in their proposal. An offeror can request LBNL to call the project owner to get relevant project details or they can also list relevant project details in their proposal.
