About this file

This is a Facility Operating Experience Form (Form C) submitted in response to Orange County, Florida's request for sealed proposals for Recovered Materials Processing Services (Y26-1014). The submission deadline is 4:00 pm EST on Thursday, October 1, 2026, with responses required to be submitted electronically through the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. The form appears to be designed to document the respondent's experience in operating facilities, which is a qualification requirement for this service contract. Responses submitted after the deadline or through any method other than the designated electronic platform will be rejected, including hand-delivery, mail, telephone, fax, or email submissions.

The Form C requests detailed information regarding the respondent's facility operating experience, likely including historical data on similar projects, operational capabilities, management qualifications, and performance metrics. This documentation is a critical component of Orange County's evaluation criteria to ensure that selected contractors possess the necessary expertise and proven track record to effectively manage recovered materials processing operations. The specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and funding allocations are not detailed within this form document itself, as this form serves solely as a qualification and experience verification tool within the broader proposal submission requirements.
