About this file
This document is Form 7: Relevant Experience, which is a form for the offeror to list projects similar to the work described in the solicitation in order to demonstrate their capability and experience.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Pacific West Region to conduct a Non-Time Critical Removal Action (NTCRA) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) at the Caneel Bay Resort within the Virgin Islands National Park. The contractor will remove approximately 13,000 bank cubic yards of contaminated soil and landfill refuse, and 40 loose cubic yards of contaminated sediment, transporting it to appropriate disposal facilities and performing limited site restoration. This is a best value negotiated procurement set aside for Small Business concerns, with an estimated magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the RFP is posted and will consist of technical and price volumes. Award will be made to the firm whose offer represents the best value.
