About this file

This document contains attachments with as-built drawings and details related to the utility systems at the Caneel Bay Resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The attachments show the layout and configuration of the water supply, sewage, and irrigation systems at the resort.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service to conduct a Non-Time Critical Removal Action (NTCRA) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) at the Caneel Bay Resort within the Virgin Islands National Park. The work includes removing approximately 13,000 bank cubic yards of contaminated soil and landfill refuse and 40 cubic yards of contaminated sediment, transporting the material to appropriate disposal facilities, and performing limited site restoration. The estimated contract value is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This is a best value, negotiated procurement set-aside for small businesses. Proposals are due approximately 30 days after the RFP is posted on SAM.gov.
