File B Door List Haaland.xlsx

This file is a door list inventory for the Haaland residence hall building, prepared in support of the University of New Hampshire System (USNH) on behalf of UNH's SERC residence halls networked lockset system installation project. The document provides a comprehensive enumeration of all doors requiring lockset installation across five floors of the Haaland building, specifying room numbers, lockset handing (left or right), and room types. The inventory identifies 174 total doors to be equipped, distributed across Floors 1 through 5 with counts of 31, 41, 41, 41, and 19 doors respectively. Room types include bedrooms (the majority), electrical rooms, lounges, housekeeping closets, bathrooms, telecom rooms, a card access headend, a CATV room, a laundry room, kitchen, and various office spaces. The file serves as a detailed specification document for bidders to understand the scope and scale of the mechanical to network lockset equipment and installation project.

The door list provides essential baseline data for cost estimation and project planning, as the 174 doors represent the required installation points for the networked lockset system and supporting infrastructure. Each door entry includes specific handing designations (L for left-hand or R for right-hand) to ensure proper lockset orientation and functionality. This inventory facilitates accurate bidding by establishing clear quantities and locations for equipment procurement, installation labor, and system activation across the residential facility.
