About this file

This is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2, October 2022) that serves as a template for offerors to certify compliance with domestic content requirements in federal procurements.

The certificate requires offerors to certify that each end product is a domestic end product, except those explicitly listed as foreign end products. Offerors must separately identify any foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic products, and for non-iron/steel foreign products, indicate whether they exceed 55 percent domestic content (except COTS items). Additionally, offerors must list line item numbers for domestic end products containing critical components as defined in the solicitation's "Buy American-Supplies" clause. The form includes blank tables for offerors to document foreign end products by line item number, country of origin, and domestic content percentage, as well as a separate section for listing domestic products with critical components. Government evaluation will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies and procedures. This form is associated with solicitation 36C25926Q0290 for a Liquid Nitrogen Pipe Freezing kit required by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19, with a response deadline of March 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time.
