Life Cycle Costs, modification of remedies and decision documents).

C. Experience implementing and / or facilitating Community Involvement, addressing challenging stakeholders and / or collaborating with community stakeholders in such instances as public events, meetings and during work related to Site Closeout (Corrective Action Complete public meetings), Restoration Advisory Boards, and / or additional outreach.

E. Experience managing environmental restoration activities on property with multiple owners / stakeholders (e.g., local redevelopment authorities, private entities, federal agencies, and municipalities) while maintaining schedules and achieving performance objectives.
F. Responded to government and stakeholder questions in a timely manner.

A. Experience managing, reviewing, and analyzing large quantities of data and preparing reports
(such as, work plans and conceptual site models) that are used to support site decisions and effectively communicate site status, issues, performance against metrics, and recommendations.
B. Experience managing and reviewing data for reporting of human health, ecological, and other risk assessments as required, conducted IAW state and EPA risk assessment guidance.
C. Experience in using site data to identify, obtain approval, and implement an innovative approach that results in accelerated site closeout or reduced long term cost.
D. Experience in assessing, analyzing, and validating data to assure the data are of sufficient quality/integrity to support site decisions.
E. Experience designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and / or optimizing remediation systems, such as a pump and treat system, in a manner that ensures appropriate maintenance of the selected remedy and usability of data to establish remedy performance thresholds and ability to recognize when system(s) is not operating properly or anticipate a system failure.
