Section M Attachment 1 TSA IV Past Performance Relevancy Matrix Section L, 5.2: Using the Past Performance Information Tool, explain how your performance is relevant to Technical Subfactors 1 through 4 for aircraft training systems. Aircraft training systems includes aircrew, maintenance, mission/DMO, part task trainers, Live Virtual Constructive (LVC); as well as air traffic control; etc., for Federal agencies and commercial customers. Specifically describe and compare the type of work and scope of effort (including number of sites and trainers). Note: It is not the Government’s intent to analyze or associate any dollar values to the contract references provided in terms of defining magnitude of effort.

Present/Past performance effort involved essentially the same scope and magnitude of effort and complexities this solicitation requires.
Contractor has performed and managed technical management processes, hardware and software system concurrency modifications and upgrades, and integration of new technologies into Simulator environments which include performing change and configuration management and control on a military aircraft training system or equivalent aircraft training system.
Contractor has performed and managed Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Training Systems Support Center (TSSC) and at least one of the following: Distributed Mission Operations (DMO), or Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Materiel Shortages (DMS/MS) on a military aircraft training system or equivalent aircraft training system.
Contractor has provided and managed courseware development, student instruction, and training management for a military aircraft training system or equivalent aircraft training system.
Contractor has managed a military aircraft training system or equivalent aircraft training system to include all of the following: Program Management, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance.

Unrestricted Pool: Must have managed a military aircraft or equivalent aircraft training system program involving ten or more training locations. Provided evidence of meeting subcontracting goals, as appropriate.

Small Business Pool: Must have managed a military aircraft or equivalent aircraft training system program involving four or more training locations.
