The contract action is a 100% small business set-aside issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center located at Robins Air Force Base.

In an effort to ensure an offeror complies with all Solicitation requirements, we would like to confirm that 1) you want offerors to convert the PDF source documents to Microsoft Word and submit/upload them as Word documents (IAW Section L), or 2) is completing and submitting/uploading PDF source documents in PDF format acceptable. Also, would you prefer a single Volume I with all required documents included within, or Volume I documentation submitted/uploaded as separate documents. | Section L has been revised (RFP Amendment 04) to indicate Microsoft Word or PDF Formats shall be used. Volume III, Cost Price Proposal Spreadsheet shall use Microsoft Excel. Proposal submission changed from PIEE to DoD SAFE. |
