About this file
This document is a Subcontractor/Teaming Member Consent Form for the ALE-47 Countermeasure Dispenser System (CMDS) program solicitation (FA8523-24-R-0007). The form allows the government to discuss past and present performance information of critical subcontractors and joint venture partners with the prime contractor during the source selection process. The solicitation is for the procurement of ALE-47 CMDS hardware, which is an integrated, threat-adaptive, reprogrammable, computer-controlled airborne defensive system that dispenses countermeasure decoys. The acquisition will use tradeoff source selection procedures to make a best value award decision. The RFP is anticipated to be released on or around April 9, 2024, with award expected around June 2025. The procurement utilizes a firm-fixed price pricing arrangement. Foreign companies are not permitted to participate, and only responsible sources may submit proposals.
