The contract will be structured as a 12-month base period with four 12-month ordering periods (or 36-month qualification period for unqualified contractors), using Firm-Fixed Price terms. Award is anticipated around June 2025, with RFP release expected around April 9, 2024. The solicitation will use Tradeoff source selection procedures for best value determination. Foreign companies are excluded from participation. The contract requires contractors to meet Pre-Production Requirements including Environmental Stress Screening procedures, Acceptance Test Procedures, and First Article Testing.
