INTRODUCTION
Within the directory labeled Photos you will find the following:
A file named 503 Exterior Photo Grid Legend Etc. divides the project area into six quadrants designated by a Roman numeral. Subsequent photographs locations are then further numerically delineated on respective pages, the origin is the west entrance of b503 proceeding in a counterclockwise fashion. The end images of this file displays broad area views of the project area.
The files named 503 Individual Pictures Six View and 503A Individual Pictures show sequential photographs originating at the West entrance of building 503 and then proceeding in a counterclockwise fashion.
Any photographs with a number and a letter after them are located in the file 503 Individual Pictures Addendum.
An additional file labeled Photo Notes 1 provides additional clarification.
Files are presented in both PDF and PowerPoint to peruse per your program preferences.
Within the directory labeled Technical Data you will find the following:
A directory named MaterialsTechnicalDataSheets provides tech data for specialized materials required for the completion of this project.
A directory named Quote represents estimated quantities/costs of a portion of the unique items required for the completion of this project.
A directory named Supplementarydata provides additional data e.g. request for drawings etc.
A file named Quantities divides the project into 22 distinct item categories to aid in delineation and estimation. A backup copy is also provided.
A file named MaterialsEstimate represents estimated quantities of a portion of the unique items required for the completion of this project. A backup copy is also provided.
