HEADQUARTERS OKLAHOMA CITY AIR LOGISTICS CENTER (AFMC)TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA
April 1, 2009 Notice for aircraft, flight trainer and library access 1.
In an effort to improve the upcoming proposals and allow Industry a better understanding of the Government’s needs, we are holding scheduled access to the KC-10 aircraft, the associated trainers and the trainer library.
2.
The Government is solidifying plans to grant access to the aircraft, trainers and the trainer library at Travis AFB. The dates for this are set for the 28th and 29th of April, 2009.
3.
Company’s interested in this opportunity will need to respond by close of business on the 6th of April, 2009. NO LATE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Due to security measures, company teams will be limited to five personnel per CAGE code. As the access dates approach the personnel selected will not be eligible for substitution. Company Points of Contact (POC) will be notified of the cut off date.
4.
Responses should be submitted to Mr. Kurt McKay
(kurt.mckay@tinker.af.mil) and include: Email Subject line “KC-10 CNS/ATM Aircraft Access”. The body of the email will include the Company Name, CAGE code, Name of attending personnel, and the Company’s Point of Contact for attendance to this event.
