CLIN 0001BA through 0001BE do not have any quantities listed for the first year but the subsequent years (Option years one through four) the quantities for each line item become substantial. CLIN 0001BX – 0001DJ has quantities listed for warranties of the various systems, which is standard for the industry, but then on some of the subsequent years some of the line items have N/A listed. I am sure the Government is going to want a warranty provided for work performed under this contract if a new roof is installed. I don’t think it could be forecasted four or five years down the line what the roofing needs might be and what type of systems will be installed so I assume this was an oversight or an error.

‘N/A’ in the maximum estimate quantity column of a given year.
