16_REMARKS: Annual Program Management Review (PMR):

1. OVERVIEW. A Program Management Review (PMR) is an annual conference that will occur between the USAF and the IDIQ contractor before the conclusion of each contract Period of Performance. The PMR is a required meeting to include discussion of contractor performance in the areas of Task Order Participation, Aggregate Bonding Capacity, Self-Performance, and Warranty Work.

2. SCHEDULING AND CONDUCT. The USAF requires that all of its IDIQ contractors participate in an annual Program Management Review as follows:

a. The initial review will be held at least 60 days prior to expiration of the period of performance. Subsequent reviews will be held at least 60 days prior to the expiration of each annual period of performance throughout the life of the contract.

b. Reviews will be conducted virtually via online means.

c. Reviews will be no more than 4 hours in duration. Additional time may be requested in advance if a specific problem exists, requiring in-depth discussions.

d. USAF will record minutes of all proceedings. These will be available upon request.

3. REQUIRED REPORTS. No data is required as part of offeror's proposal submission. Data is only required of IDIQ contractors receiving effective awards - not on-ramp awards, and only contractors whom have received task orders. The first report is due 10 mos. after IDIQ award. Subsequent reports are due 60 calendar days prior to end of Period of Performance thereafter. If any data substantially changes between the report due date and the PMR event, the contractor should supply updated reporting at the event. Using the supplied MS-Excel template, please supply the following information:

a. Task Order Participation: Provide a listing by Task Order Number, Project Number, & Solicitation Date of all requests for task order proposals received. Indicate projects actually proposed during the contract IDIQ PoP. Provide reason(s) in instances where the annual percentage of projects proposed is below 80%.

b. Bonding Capacity: In whole dollars, provide the aggregate bonding capacity and unreleased bonding and the end of the period of performance. Also describe any increase in bonding capacity received during the IDIQ PoP.

c. Self-Performance: For all USAF projects conducted during the IDIQ PoP, list the task order number, the cost of the task order (less materials) with own employees, and the total task order amount.

d. Warranty Work: For the last IDIQ PoP, identify by task order project number, warranty start date, the date contacted by the Government for the warranty call, and the nature of the warranty call. Indicate if the requested work was In or Out of warranty. Describe the corrective action taken or planned if the issue was in-warranty, or explanatory comments if the issue was out of warranty.
