1. Per Attachment 3, L. Instructions. "Contractors will not be allowed to bid on more than two (2) regions."
Question: Can subcontractors participate or bid on more than 2 regions? Can a contractor serve as a subcontractor to more than one Prime?
Answer: Refer to Attachment 3, Section L, para 2, An Offeror is defined as a prime contractor. Attachment 3, Section L, para 3.1, Offerors SHALL NOT provide proposals for more than two (2) regions.
