Solicitation FA700018Q0003 USAFA Chapel Moving & Storage Q&A #3
1. Can the pews be removed in one piece or do they need to be removed in two separate pieces?
Answer: Each Catholic Chapel pew is approximately 22ft long and 22in wide.
Each Catholic pew can be disconnected from the floor and carried out through the main Catholic Chapel entrance/exit. The glass lobby double doors into the Catholic Chapel have 7ft of clear width and the main entrance/exit double doors have plenty of width also. There is enough space to angle a pew up the outside stairs.
The main entrance/exit doors are the only way that the pews can be removed without being dismantled.
