Secn L, 2.10 Electronic Offers, page 135f

For electronic copies, indicate on each CD the volume number and title" vs "Each volume shall be in a different directory on a CD" ‐‐‐ The first statement seems to indicate that each volume will be delivered on its own CD (and duly marked) whereas the second statement seems to indicate the opposite ‐ that each CD will contain each volume, but in a different directory. Can you clarify?

RFP, Section L, 2.10, states “The content and page size of electronic copies must…For electronic copies, indicate on each CD the volume number and title. Use separate files to permit rapid location of all portions, including subfactors, exhibits, annexes, and attachments, if any. The Offeror shall submit Volumes I through V in electronic format…Each volume shall be in a different directory on a

CD…”

If the size of all volumes (in total) is small enough to fit on one CD, the data should be submitted on one CD. In such a case, the CD must be labeled to indicate that Volume(s) I, II, III, IV, and V (titles included) are included on said CD.

Further, data provided on the CD shall be organized in the manner described in the RFP, Section L, 2.10.
