Since the KC‐135 Teardown Analysis Program Subject Identification Document (TAPSID) is large (over 1400 pages), is it possible to grant a two week extension to the proposal deadline of 18 Nov?
Based on the timely need for this acquisition and the support to the war fighter it will provide, we are unable to extend the proposal deadline at this time. The TAPSID documents have been available since Industry Day on 9 Sept 09. However, the TAPSIDs do not provide any more information than that available in the Lot Cut and Section Cut Diagram file that has also been available on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) under FA7000‐09‐R‐0054a. These drawings have been available since 11 Sept 09. The full set of protocol documents have been available since 17 Sept 09 under
FA7000‐09‐R‐0054.
