Section L, Attachment 5, “Job Categories, Task Description & Qualifications” lists 8.
“Senior Technical Analyst”, with a Task Description and Qualification, but the Section L, Attachment 2, Tables A through D, and Section J, Attachment 2 and 3 do not list the labor category, “Senior Technical Analyst. Are we to be quoting a Senior Technical Analyst? If we are, please provide a new Excel file with the inclusion of this labor category.
An amended Excel file has been posted to the FBO website entitled “Amendment 1 to Document‐ Solicitation (RFP), Section L, Attachment 2”. This amended file includes the “Senior Technical Analyst” labor category.
The complete RFP document (pdf) will be amended in a subsequent posting to FBO.

Per Section L 2.10, we are to download and use the PPI template on the website provided. I have downloaded the template and have attempted to open it and I get a pop up message advertising the EZ Source Source Selection Past Performance Application. There is a Security Warning message also that states “Certain content in the database has been disabled”. I cannot open, create or access anything beyond this point. This is as far as I can go in this process. I followed the directions and saved the template as companyxFA700009R0059.mdb but the new “saved as” file produces the same result as I have described above. The version of Access that I am using is 2007 but IT didn’t think the issue is a conflict between 2003 and 2007. Please advise.
When downloading the file in item 1 in the “Download Past Performance Information Files” Screen, be sure to maximize the screen once clicking on the blue “here” button. This allows you to select the “save as” button on the right near the grey box. After saving, reopen or continue (depending on what your computer allows), and again maximize your screen. Above the grey box, the “options” button should be accessible (if you had a security warning). Select the “options” tab and then mark the box “enable this content”. You should then be prompted for the setup process and have access.
