F5.3.2.13 Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE). The KTR shall inspect, test, repair, certify, and maintain all
VTE as required under ASME A17, ASME QEI-1, NFPA, OSHA codes, and with all local/state codes for elevator safety and accessibility using a State Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI). The first annual tests shall be completed within 12 months of the previous tests, and five (5) year tests shall be completed with fifty-nine (59) months of the previous tests. The KTR shall ensure current testing/inspection certificates are posted in each elevator within 5 days of the annual inspection. All repairs will be ordered under the applicable RPM CLIN of the contract.

F4.1.1 PM Program – Revised the third sentence by removing the phrase “during the base year of the contract.”

NexGen IT Preventive Maintenance (PM) WT Completion (2A). The KTR shall capture each technician’s actual labor hours and rate in the Direct Entry Cost (DEC) Form. After documenting all labor and remarks, the KTR shall complete, and close the WT(s). All incomplete WT(s) shall be managed IAW the latest AFCEC COOM Business
Process Library (BPL), ‘PM Work Tasks’. The KTR shall create a CM WT within 2 business days of finding equipment defects that prohibit the completion of the PM. The CM WT number shall be included on the ‘Work
Details’ tab in the ‘Maintenance Resolution Description’, with a detailed description of why the PM could not be completed. The KTR shall include the PM WT number in the ‘Description’ field on the ‘General’ tab of the CM WT.
Example: Generated during PM WT 11102389. At the BCE’s discretion, partially and non-accomplished PM shall be conducted as soon as practicable, after completion of the CM WT.
