About this file
This document contains a technical evaluation form and federal contract opportunity notice for the Al Udeid Air Base Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. The technical evaluation form provides criteria for contractor proposals, including general requirements, management experience, design experience, schedule, design elements, and management of multiple concurrent projects. Contractors must propose designs for two seed projects - a repair to a pool pump house and installation of bird control devices at multiple facilities. The federal contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for the SABER IDIQ contract to provide non-complex construction projects up to $1 million in value at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. Interested parties must register for a pre-proposal site visit on July 19, 2018 and submit proposals by the solicitation response close date. The Air Force plans to award a single firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for a five year ordering period with a maximum value of $50 million. Task orders will be awarded as firm-fixed prices based on RS Means pricing.
