Attachment 4- Contractor Responsibility

(1) General Contractor Responsibility

(i) The Offeror has [___] has not [___], within a three-year period preceding this offer, had one or more contracts terminated for default by any Federal agency.

(4) Shipping

(i) We [___] do [___] do not verify that the quoted prices are based on direct shipment (DDP) to the designated delivery location. In doing so we [___] do [___]do not confirm that all risks including but not limited to damaged goods will be borne by us.

(ii) We [___] do [___] do not understand that direct shipment is to mean that the goods must be delivered directly to Yokota Air Base, the contract shall be responsible for inland transport from Yokohama Port to Yokota Air Base and provide all the tools and manpower needed for unpacking of the goods at the designated location on Yokota Air Base.
