MEMORANDUM FOR PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS
SUBJECT: SITE VISIT/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AGENDA, Contracted Flight Training Services (FA4819-14-R-0004) Tyndall AFB, FL
1. The Site Visit/Pre-Proposal Conference for the Contracted Flight Training Services acquisition is scheduled for 15 January 2015, in building 647, Tyndall AFB. The agenda for the day is listed below. The agenda may be adjusted based upon actual completion of scheduled activities. However, the Pre-Proposal Conference will begin promptly at 0900 hours, central time.
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-registration is mandatory. Prospective offerors are invited to attend a site visit and pre-proposal conference briefing Monday, 12 Jan 2015, at Tyndall AFB located in Panama City, Florida. Each company may send up to (2) representatives identified in advance as instructed below. Interested Offerors are requested to submit questions by 20 January 2015 at 1400 hours, central time. Due to limited space, only two attendees from each company may attend the conference. The following information must be submitted to be cleared to attend the conference. Note: The attendee must bring a photo ID, license, or passport as proof of identity on the day of the conference.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Tyndall AFB is located about 13 miles east of Panama City and 20 miles west of Port St. Joe. Access to and from the base is via U.S. Highway 98, which intersects U.S. Highway 231 from the north. U.S. Highway 231 is the primary route into Panama City from Interstate 10, located 45 miles north of the city.
OBTAINING BASE ACCESS
Tyndall has two gates. The Sabre Gate is located on U.S. highway 98 at Sabre Drive, and the Main Gate also located on U.S. Highway 98 at Illinois Avenue. Both gates are open 24 hours. Pass & Registration is located in the visitor’s center on U.S. Highway 98, directly across the Highway from the Sabre Gate.
a. Individual Access. Each individual will need to obtain a visitors pass from the Base Visitors Center.
b. Vehicle Access. If privately owned vehicles need access to Tyndall AFB, the driver must present proof of insurance, vehicle registration and driver’s license to the desk sergeant inside the Visitors Center. For rental cars, provide rental agreement and driver’s license.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
Some facilities may require you to leave phone, watches, and keyless car remotes outside. If you do not feel comfortable leaving these items in the van, leave them in your vehicle. The government will not be responsible for lost/stolen items.
Please do not engage in conversation with workers in the area during the site visit. Direct all questions and concerns to those facilitating the tour.

Tyndall Driving Directions
· From Northwest Florida –Panama City Int’s Airport: Turn left onto CR-388.
· Turn right onto SR-77 S also known as Martin Luther King Dr.
· Turn left onto E 15th St (US-98) also known as Tyndall Parkway and follow it approximately 12 miles. Once you cross DuPont Bridge, you are at Tyndall AFB. (Approximately 34 miles).
· Proceed to the first light (Sabre Drive) and stop in the Visitor’s for a pass to enter the installation.
· You MUST arrive early enough on 22 Oct 14 to obtain access to the installation prior to meeting start time (0900) central. (Visitors center is on the left side of the road and the gate is on your right). Tyndall has two gates; the Sabre Gate is located on US Hwy 98 at the Sabre Drive and the other is located further south on 98 and Illinois Ave (now known as Airey Ave). Both Gates are open 24 hrs.
· The Illinois (Airy) Ave is the gate you take to get to the Contracting Building 647. The first building on the right after entering the gate. Parking in front and on the back, left side of the building. If entering from the front parking lot come through automatic doors and stay to the right. Go through the double glass doors turn right and you will see the sign on the partition 325th Contracting Squadron and arrows (left) to the Large Conference Room
· If entering the building from the side parking lot: Walk up the sidewalk to the glass door and you are in contracting. Go to the second hall take a right and go all the way down to the end and turn right and you will be in the large conference room.
