Statement of Need
BTS is a service for O&M of the base telephone switching systems & ancillary equipment, premise equipment and the inside & outside plant
Includes: Update of BTS databases, data administration; activation/deactivation; fault detection/location/notification/repair/verification;
cross-connects; inventory & tracking of supplies & spares; PMIs; record keeping; maintenance of phone sets, switches, station wiring , batteries & comm power equipment & contract support svcs

Competitive 8a, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Base Year and 4 one-year options; Contract Ceiling of $10M
Exercised 3d Option 1 Oct 10-30 Sep 11; $2M Mod increased for FY11
4th Option will not be exercised
