About this file

This is a Standard Trip Report documenting a preventive maintenance visit conducted by ADB SAFEGATE at DFAS-LI-FP-F67100. The second leg of the 2026 Preventive Maintenance Assessment (PMA) was performed between October 4-9, 2026, by ADB SAFEGATE Representative Immer Adame, with customer representative Joseph Gandarillas present. Upon arrival, no system alarms or customer concerns were identified, with no major changes occurring since the previous visit in April 2026.

The technician verified all active circuits and calibrated each CCR to customer specifications, logging amperage output, voltage, and VA measurements. Comparative analysis of data from the current visit against the previous visit showed little to no deviation, indicating consistent system performance. The only issue identified was a fried power cord to the tower touchscreen at its connecting end; a temporary solution is currently in place while a replacement power brick and cord are being shipped. All network device connectivity associated with the ALCMS was inspected and verified. The 2026 PMA is concluded with no open items except for the pending delivery of the replacement power brick and cord.
