FA4626-19-R-A015: Replace UST Spill Buckets
Questions and Answers:
Q1: The Solicitation Cover Page indicates 2PM MT on 27-Sep, but Attachment 10 indicates 2PM MT on 28-Sep. Which date is correct the 27th or the 28th?
A1: 27 Sep 2019.
Reference: Amendment 02
Q2: Is a site visit possible prior to proposal submission?
A2: Due to the geographic separation of the sites and the standardized nature of the work requirements, a site visit will not be conducted.
Reference: Attachment 10, Section L, Page 2, Paragraph 2.1.6.
Q3: Is there an actual quantity of USTs being considered?
A3: The requirement is for replacing the spill buckets on existing Underground Storage Tanks at up to 150 Launch Facilities and 15 Missile Alert Facilities sites – a total of 165 potential sites.
Reference: AF Form 1442 Section B for minimum and maximum potential quantities.
Q4: Is there a date that after which questions will no longer be accepted?
A4: No later than 12:00 p.m. MST five (5) work days prior to the solicitation close date.
Q5: Attachment 10, Section L, Section 2.2, Table 2.2 indicates a Technical Sub-factor page limit of 5 pages and Attachment 10, Section M – I Basis of Award, Part I indicates a 10 page limit for the Technical Sub-factor. Is 5 or 10 pages correct?
A5: Submit IAW Section L, Table 2.2.
