VEHICLE CORROSION CONROL

TECHNICAL RESPONSE QUESTIONNAIRE

Source Selection Sensitive (when filled-out) IAW FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104

INSTRUCTIONS: For each sub-factor below, in the first table provide a detailed description of specific tasks performed for that sub-factor that correspond to your “Project References” 1, 2, 3. Use the reference table to provide at least one but up to three (3) references per sub-factor to support the experience claimed in the first table. [Reference Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 ]

Factor 2, Subfactor 1: Physical Address Offeror – Offeror must perform or have the ability to perform all services described in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement within 100 road miles of Vandenberg SFB, CA.

To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factor 3: The contractor’s response provides sufficient information to determine whether or not the contactor has access to facilities within 100 road miles of Vandenberg SFB, CA necessary to complete work described in attachment 1 Performance Work Statement. Any quote submitted by an offeror unable to perform services within 100 road miles of Vandenberg SFB will be determined technically unacceptable.

Provide detailed information in performing each of the specific large vehicle corrosion control tasks described in Attachment Performance Work Statement. To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factor2: The contractor’s responses evidence that the contractor has three (3) years of experience performing each of the specific maintenance tasks described in attachment 1 Performance Work Statement with the last five (5) years preceding the release of this request for quote. References provided must support the experience claimed by offeror.
