About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation FA448426R0003, issued by the U.S. Air Force on March 31, 2026, with an effective date of April 15, 2026. Key modifications include updating the Period of Performance (POP) dates for multiple Contract Line Items (CLINs 0004, 1004, 2004, 3001, 3004, and 4004), deleting delivery information from all CLINs, adding "Not to Exceed" language to Cost Constraints for CLIN 1003, and updating references to WD #2015-4191 Rev 31 (Burlington County) and renaming Attachment J-11 to "Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan." The amendment also reflects changes in contracting specialist contact information from Alexander Gibson to Latisha Bourdeau, removes FAR clause 52.237-1 and specific DFARS clauses, and adds clause 52.222-43 while updating clauses 52.217-9, 52.222-42, and 52.252-2.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to latisha.bourdeau.1@us.af.mil and melody.ciulo@us.af.mil, with offerors required to hold prices firm for 120 calendar days from the receipt date. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for a one-year base period plus four option years with a possible six-month extension. Proposals must include completed SF1449 forms (blocks 12, 17a, and 30a-c), unit and extended pricing, and FAR 52.212-3 certifications.
