About this file

This is Amendment 0003 to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Department of the Air Force, 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The amendment, dated 27 July 2026, provides answers to contractor questions regarding RFQ FA445226Q0030 for Gear Laundry Services, originally issued on 13 July 2026. The amendment clarifies key service parameters: quantities may range from a dozen to 100 sets of JSLIST ensemble items or sleeping bags per order, with no projected minimum order quantity. The Government anticipates 12 monthly pickups annually on a regular schedule, though the frequency may vary based on training activity needs. All orders require a 10-business-day turnaround regardless of order size, with no maximum quantity limitations. The contractor must provide transportation containers, carts, and packing materials, with no specific container or labeling requirements mandated by the Government.

The amendment supersedes certain provisions from Amendment 0001, specifically regarding not-to-exceed quantities and turnaround time application standards. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original RFQ remain in full force and effect. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0003 with their quotation submission. Amber Climao, the Contracting Officer, signed the amendment on 27 July 2026.
