About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30, Amendment 0001) issued by the Air Force for solicitation FA441826R0011, effective 26 May 2026. The amendment extends the proposal response deadline from 27 May 2026 to 9 June 2026 at 11:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time and revises the solicitation number to FA441826R00110001. The contracting office is located at Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina, with Stephanie Woods and Taylor McDaniel serving as primary points of contact.
The amendment modifies multiple aspects of the original solicitation for a joint base custodial services contract. Key changes include removing site visit attendance as a prerequisite for proposal submission, incorporating Clause 52.222-90 regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) discrimination prevention, and updating multiple attachments including a revised Performance Work Statement (Rev 1, dated 18 May 2026), Appendix B spreadsheet, revised custodial bid schedule, questions and answers, facility maps, and a redacted site visit attendee list. Proposals must be submitted electronically to stephanie.woods.7@us.af.mil in four parts: completed RFP documents, price proposal using the provided bid schedule, technical proposal addressing mission essential services and key personnel qualifications, and past performance information with at least three recent and relevant references. The proposal must cover a base period plus four option years with pricing in Microsoft Excel format. A site visit is scheduled for 7 May 2026 (limited to two personnel per offeror), and questions must be submitted by 11 May 2026. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be considered for award.
