About this file
This file is a Base Access Letter (BAL) template document for federal contracting purposes. As a template, it does not contain specific contract requirements, pricing terms, response dates, or award information. Instead, it provides a standardized format that contractors and government agencies can use to document access permissions and procedures for base entry during contract performance. The template is designed to be completed with relevant project-specific details, security requirements, and access protocols applicable to work being performed at military installations. This particular template is associated with solicitation FA303026Q0013 for the Repair Water Tower B738 project at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas, but the template itself serves as a reusable document for similar base access letter requirements across federal contracting activities.
