The competition is limited to 8(a) small businesses located in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Utah. Questions are due by January 2, 2018.

1. Should bidders assume there is any contaminated base course?

No.

2. Can any material be recycled on post? No, haul all materials off post. 10% shall be recycled.

3. What should be done with storm drain inlets? Protect and install thickened edge expansion joint around inlet.
