About this file

The Green Products Determination Form (GPDF) is a comprehensive document from Peterson Air Force Base outlining compliance requirements for the Green Procurement Program (GPP). The form requires identifying and documenting the procurement of recycled-content and biobased products across multiple categories including construction products, paper products, landscaping items, office supplies, transportation products, and miscellaneous goods. The form provides four potential exemptions for not purchasing green products: performance standards issues, unavailability, lack of competitive sources, or unreasonable pricing.

The document includes detailed sections for tracking energy and water-efficient products, alternative fuels and fuel efficiency products, non-ozone depleting substances, and priority chemical alternatives. Each section allows contracting personnel to check applicable items being procured and note any specific green procurement elements. The form requires signatures from the Project Manager and Contracting representative to validate compliance with Air Force environmental purchasing guidelines, with the goal of maximizing sustainable and environmentally conscious procurement practices across various product categories.
