Response to Questions 2

1. QUESTION: Is there a form for the bid guarantee?

ANSWER: There is not a standard form required for the bid guarantee; however, offerors may use the Bid Bond Standard Form 24 (REV. 10-98).

2. QUESTION: Please let me know what PCO and ACO stand for on the comprehensive list that I am completing for this project? To whom the proposal should be sent?

ANSWER: On page 37 of the solicitation, section L-6 Proposal submission, paragraph (b) it states the following: “Submit your proposal to the address reference in Block 7 of the SF 1442 to the Attention of Scott Syring”. The address in block 7 is as follows:

45 CONS/LGCAA

1201 Edward H White II St.

Patrick AFB, FL 32925

ACO is Administrative Contracting Officer and PCO is Procuring Contracting Officer. On some contracts there is one contracting officer and on other contracts those are two separate positions.

3. QUESTION: Is there a way I can confirm that you have received our references?

ANSWER: We will not be confirming references that have been received.

Section L-5 paragraph (v) page 37 of the solicitation states, “The Past Performance Volume shall include a list of questionnaire recipients to include two current POCs and phone numbers for each contract reference provided. The offeror is solely responsible for the accuracy of the of the contact provided”. If, during evaluation, a questionnaire listed in the Past Performance Volume has not been received, then the Government will call the POC listed for the questionnaire to obtain it.
