59. Industry Question/Comment: Section M Table 2 Unique Areas please expand what is meant by survivability system. Is it a project that has some element?
Government Response: Survivability systems include, but not limited to, repair or replacement of blast doors, blast valves, building springs and dampers, and blast sensors, along with high altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) construction.
60. Industry Question/Comment: The RFP states in Section L – L-3: Tab C. 3. c. pages 10
& 11 – “Evaluators or their designated representative may use the following methods to submit: i. Encrypted email….” Is it acceptable if the PDF Past Performance
Questionnaire is encrypted and returned by the customer directly to the Government in a regular email with the PPQ as an encrypted attachment?
Government Response: Yes, as long as the Government has the ability to open the encrypted attachment.
