1 Senior Advisor
Provides advice and technical direction for problem solving at a high level and is a recognized expert in that area. May be a retired General Officer or corporate equivalent or a nationally recognized expert whose knowledge is required to solve a specific problem. Performs analysis, requirements development, defines problems, develops and recommends solutions, conducts evaluations, performs analytical work in support of systems and or organizations, and possesses specialized knowledge and expertise in the designated area.

2 Program Manager
Conducts program management reviews, and provides financial management, planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, analyzing, and forecasting support. Develops analytical and computational techniques, and methodologies for problem solution. Assigned as group leader on some projects with full responsibility for technical and project direction of work group. May also work independently, or as part of team, with responsibility for analysis of problems requiring application of a broad spectrum of the knowledge base of the area of specialization.
Accomplishes data gathering and analysis in assigned area of responsibility (i.e., logistics, manufacturing, cost, etc.). Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in the delivery order.

3 Project Manager
Manages projects, Task Orders (TOs) (or a group of TOs affecting the same common/ standard/ migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the TO-level task managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager (PM), responsible for the overall management of the specific TOs, insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the TO are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.

Typical areas of engineering specialization include software, aeronautical, civil, electrical, mechanical & industrial. Duties for this labor category include but are not limited to the following areas of system &/or subsystem technical responsibilities:

Assists in the preparation of studies, plans, & analyses in support of internal & external customers. May participate in research efforts in support of studies & analyses. May have to present & discuss approaches to meeting customer needs. Generally deals with mid to senior level technical or management specialists within the customer organization. Areas of specialized functional expertise may include:
Program Management, Project Integration, Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Contracting, Procurement, Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Configuration & Data, Quality Assurance, Security, Logistics, Manpower & Personnel, Administration, Facilitation, & Training.

3 Security Specialist
Duties require compliance w/ governing DoD & Industrial Security directives, to include billet/clearance management, classified document receipt, control & shipment, equipment accountability, & security awareness training. Knowledge of Special Access Programs highly desired.

4 Aircrew Controller
Extensive background as an aircrew member flying SOF aircraft is mandatory, with a high degree of understanding and knowledge of SOF aircrew procedures to include tactics, techniques and procedures, aircrew training, standardization and evaluation, publications management, life support requirements for aircrew members, exercise management, and mobility requirements for aircrew. Able to oversee and make recommendations to Government officials on the safe execution of AFSOC aircraft. Able to track and monitor suspense systems, screen incoming correspondence (oral and written), review written correspondence for correct classification markings, and ensure decisions and directives are properly disseminated to Government officials.
Knowledgeable of Governmental regulations, manuals, technical orders, standards, and publications related to Command and Control. Strong oral and written skills are required.

Provides the training necessary to execute platform training and documentation. The Training Specialist trains individuals, often in a field environment, on all individual, common, and implied tasks. Provides input to the training documents that are presented to the users of the item or system.

Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Uses common test instruments such as digital multi-meters, sign generators, semiconductor testers, oscilloscopes and similar equipment.
